Bharti Airtel Partly Paidup announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 480%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Bharti Airtel partly paid-up has fixed 16 July 2025 as the record date for the purpose of determination of members eligible for payment of final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, on partly paid-up equity shares.
