Net profit of BMW Ventures rose 44.84% to Rs 11.50 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 7.94 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 16.14% to Rs 563.17 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 484.90 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.

BMW Ventures is engaged in trading and distribution of steel products, tractor engines, and spare parts, as well as manufacturing PVC pipes, roll forming, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and steel girders. The company?s standalone net profit jumped 12.5% to Rs 7.11 crore on 6.18% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 501.85 crore in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25.
Shares of BMW Ventures fell 1.59% to Rs 59.90 on Friday, 5 December 2025.
