Aurum PropTech has successfully consummated the sale of Buildings Q5 and Q6 situated at MIDC, MBP-1, Plot Nos. P-136 & 136/1, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai for a total consideration of Rs 112 crore.

The proceeds from this transaction have been deployed towards the full prepayment of the Company's Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) facility, making Aurum PropTech a completely debt-free company.

Net profit of Aurum Proptech reported to Rs 16.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 7.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 82.80% to Rs 123.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 67.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 1.90 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 33.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 50.77% to Rs 381.09 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 252.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Aurum Proptech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 April 2026.

Aurum Proptech today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the sale of Buildings Q5 and Q6 at Millennium Business Park, Navi Mumbai, for a total consideration of Rs 112 crore, approximately 15% above the valuation provided by the valuers.

The transaction forms part of Aurum PropTech's broader strategic shift toward AI-driven PropTech platforms, with the company committing significant capital toward building advanced artificial intelligence capabilities across the real estate ecosystem. The proceeds from the transaction will further strengthen Aurum's growing AI investment pool and support the accelerated development of intelligent digital infrastructure for the real estate sector.

The assets have a approximate book value of Rs 27 crore, and the transaction will generate a substantial profit, thereby enhancing the Group's profitability metrics and strengthening its balance sheet.

Following the completion of the transaction, Aurum PropTech is expected to become debt-free, as the sale proceeds will be utilized to prepay Lease Rental Discounting facility (LRD) of Rs 56 crore.
