Under the order, Aurionpro will deliver AFC technology, including automated gates, validators, and card readers, for DMRC’s extensive Phase I, II, and III networks. The transaction comprises an all-cash deal for the acquisition of the entire stake in Fenixys for a total of 10 million euros.
