Ashoka Buildcon Ltd spiked 11.92% to Rs 138 at 11:47 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 7.93 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 59475 shares in the past one month.

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd surged 11.76% to Rs 866.55. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 77578 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 10857 shares in the past one month.

Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd soared 9.85% to Rs 378.6. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 9.54 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.76 lakh shares in the past one month.

Five-Star Business Finance Ltd advanced 9.25% to Rs 480.5. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.55 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 42417 shares in the past one month.

Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd added 8.39% to Rs 24.16. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 18.12 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6.2 lakh shares in the past one month.

The project involves the development of a 38,922 sq. metre land parcel and aims to create a dedicated infrastructure ecosystem for the gems and jewellery sector in the state.

As per the agreement, Ashoka Buildcon will pay a premium of Rs 112.40 crore along with an annual lease rent equivalent to 2% of the premium amount, subject to a 10% escalation every fourth year.

The project has been awarded on a lease basis for an initial period of 30 years, extendable up to 90 years. The company is required to complete construction within five years.

Ashoka Buildcon said the project will strengthen its presence in urban infrastructure and real estate development through the PPP route and further diversify its project portfolio.

The company added that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in CSIDC, nor the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

Ashoka Buildcon is engaged in the construction & maintenance of roads and supporting services to land support and operation of toll roads.

On a consolidated basis, net profit plunged 67.5% YoY to Rs 146.80 crore in Q4 FY26, while revenue from operations fell 27.5% to Rs 1,954.30 crore. Profit before tax dropped 66.9% to Rs 159.52 crore.

Net profit of Ashoka Buildcon declined 66.88% to Rs 143.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 432.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 27.47% to Rs 1954.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2694.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 50.52% to Rs 2550.01 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1694.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 25.08% to Rs 7519.88 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10036.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

On a standalone basis, net profit fell 18.1% year-on-year to Rs 48.85 crore in Q4 FY26, while revenue from operations declined 10.3% to Rs 1,771.87 crore compared with Rs 1,974.82 crore in the year-ago period. Profit before tax stood at Rs 75.27 crore, down 4.2% YoY, while EBITDA declined 7% to Rs 168.2 crore. However, EBITDA margin improved slightly to 9.2% from 9% in the corresponding quarter last year.

On a consolidated basis, net profit plunged 67.5% YoY to Rs 146.80 crore in Q4 FY26, while revenue from operations fell 27.5% to Rs 1,954.30 crore. Profit before tax dropped 66.9% to Rs 159.52 crore. Total expenses declined 20.2% YoY to Rs 1,814.16 crore, with material costs at Rs 527.56 crore (down 23.7%), employee expenses at Rs 103.88 crore (up 3.7%), and finance costs sharply lower at Rs 82.41 crore (down 74.1%).

Standalone debt stood at Rs 1,127 crore, comprising Rs 70 crore of equipment loans, Rs 757 crore of working capital loans, and Rs 300 crore of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). Consolidated debt was Rs 2,778 crore.

As of March 31, 2026, the company?s order book stood at Rs 15,312 crore, with Road EPC forming the largest segment at Rs 7,084 crore (46.3%), followed by Power Transmission & Distribution at Rs 4,627 crore (30.2%). Road HAM contributed Rs 1,619 crore (10.6%), Railways Rs 1,420 crore (9.3%), and Building EPC Rs 562 crore (3.7%).
