Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity Share (i.e. 2.75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust reported to Rs 3.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 7.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 104.09% to Rs 151.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 74.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 1.15 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 16.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 78.02% to Rs 457.24 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 256.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
