The contracts were secured through a joint venture comprising AG Enviro Infra Infra Projects (51%), Jigar Transport Company (29%) and M.K. Enterprises (20%).

Under the contracts, the JV will handle approximately 650 MT per day from A, B, C & D wards and 600 MT per day from N, S & T wards, supplying owned new vehicles for the next seven years. The total value of the contracts is around Rs 1,330 crore.

The company clarified that neither promoters nor promoter group have any interest in BMC, and the contracts do not qualify as related-party transactions.

The company?s consolidated net profit rose 12.9% to Rs 13.65 crore on 16.5% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 257.65 crore in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25.

Antony Waste Handling Cell announced that one of its subsidiary, AG Enviro Infra Projects has been awarded two contracts of Collection & Transportation of MSW in the city of Mumbai by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. The contracts were awarded to consortium/Joint Venture of AG Enviro Infra Projects (51%), M/s. Jigar Transport Company (29%) & M/s. M. K. Enterprises (20%).

The first contract valued at Rs 684 crore for a period of 7 years entails, collection & transportation of approximately 650 M.T. Per Day from A, B, C & D Wards of Mumbai City. The second contract valued at Rs 646 crore for a period of 7 years is for collection & transportation of approximately 600 M. T. Per Day from N, S & T Wards of Mumbai City.

Net profit of Antony Waste Handling Cell rose 12.90% to Rs 13.65 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 12.09 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024. Sales rose 16.46% to Rs 257.65 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 221.24 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024.
