Allcargo Logistics announced that the 33th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 16 September 2026.

Total income declined 1.31% year on year (YoY) to Rs 525 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 16 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 1 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Total expenses decreased by 2.79% YoY to Rs 521 crore in Q4 FY26. Operating expenses were at Rs 360 crore (down 0.82% YoY), while employee expenses stood at Rs 53 crore (down 5.35% YoY) and finance costs came at Rs 15 crore (down 16.66% YoY) during the period under review.

On its Outlook: For FY27, the company expects both its Express and Consultative Logistics businesses to enter a more growth-oriented phase, driven by stabilised operations, stronger execution capabilities, network-led scale-up, warehousing productivity, retail logistics expansion, strategic account growth, and improved operating leverage across the domestic logistics value chain.

Allcargo Logistics provides integrated logistics solutions and offers specialized logistics services across multimodal transport operations, inland container depot, container freight station operations, contract logistics operations and project and engineering solutions.

Net profit of Allcargo Logistics declined 20.00% to Rs 20.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 25.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 0.19% to Rs 514.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 513.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 87.69% to Rs 8.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 65.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 4.95% to Rs 2058.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1961.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Ahuja is a dynamic professional with over 29 years of experience in project execution, customer service, key account management, and channel management across the Telecom, Retail, and Logistics industries. He has strong expertise in driving business growth, developing strategic alliances, and executing result-oriented strategies.

Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Blue Dart Express , Vodafone Idea, and other reputed organizations in leadership roles.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from NIT Calicut and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
