The agreement pertains to the development of a standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project with a capacity of 150 MW/300 MWh. The project was awarded under GUVNL Phase-VIII through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.

The project is backed by Viability Gap Funding (VGF) from the Power System Development Fund (PSDF). Under the agreement, Advait BESS Bhesaan will develop, own, and operate the BESS facility near the 220 kV Bhesan AIS substation of GETCO in Gujarat. The company will provide the contracted energy storage capacity to GUVNL on a long-term basis. The agreement is valid for 12 years from the effective date of signing.

Advait Energy Transitions said the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not constitute a related-party transaction. The promoter, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity.

The company?s consolidated net profit surged 55.68% to Rs 17.67 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with Rs 11.35 crore posted in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations zoomed 18.04% year on year to Rs 228.19 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Advait Energy Transitions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Advait Energy Transitions rose 55.55% to Rs 17.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.04% to Rs 228.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 193.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 67.22% to Rs 51.72 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 30.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 79.68% to Rs 714.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 397.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Revenue from operations zoomed 18.04% year on year to Rs 228.19 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Profit before tax soared 46.04% to Rs 26.93 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26, compared to Rs 18.44 crore reported in the same period last year.

Total expenses jumped 14.67% to Rs 204.46 crore in Q4 FY26 as compared with Rs 178.30 crore in Q4 FY25. The cost of material consumed stood at Rs 113.59 crore (up 150.14% YoY), and employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.34 crore (down 55.69% YoY) during the period under review.

On a full-year basis, the company?s consolidated net profit jumped 67.22% to Rs 51.72 crore on a 79.68% surge in revenue to Rs 714.52 crore in FY26 over FY25.

Meanwhile, the company?s board recommended a dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
