Zensar Technologies has allotted 38,238 equity shares under ESOP on 16 June 2026. Consequently, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 455,067,784 divided into 227,533,892 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The appointment was approved by the company's board of directors through a resolution passed on 15 June 2026.

Revenue from operations rose 6.73% to Rs 1,450.40 crore from Rs 1,358.90 crore in the year-ago period.
