Weizmann announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 23 July 2026.

Weizmann announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Weizmann reported to Rs 0.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 8.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 10.73% to Rs 32.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 36.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 5.91 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 3.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.05% to Rs 126.69 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 117.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
