Wanbury announced the company has expanded regulatory submission for launch of new Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (APIs).

For Diphenhydramine HCl, company submitted DMF to Malaysia and Singapore.

The Company proposed to explore new market opportunities for Paroxetine HCl in Korea and Latin America by submitting the DMFs.

Company also received formal audit report from MFDS (Korea FDA) for its Patalganga facility stating zero observation for the inspection conducted in April 2026.

Net profit of Wanbury rose 7.11% to Rs 21.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 20.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 4.31% to Rs 164.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 172.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 116.61% to Rs 66.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 30.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.47% to Rs 650.27 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 599.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Wanbury will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 May 2026.

The launch comes in response to recent Drug Controller General of India restrictions on fixed-dose cold combinations for children under four years. The move strengthens Wanbury?s Coriminic brand and positions the company to capture a larger share of the pediatric cold care market.

Wanbury?s initiative marks the first India-focused effort to reposition Chlorpheniramine in a safer, indication-driven format for children, consolidating the company?s presence in the fast-growing pediatric cold care segment.
