The board of Vishal Mega Mart has approved the appointment of Anurag Krishna as Vice President & Head - Internal Audit and Senior Management Personnel of the Company, by way of a circular resolution passed on 09 June 2026.

Vishal Mega Mart has allotted 4,75,500 equity shares under ESOP on 01 June 2026.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 46,75,89,98,060 consisting of 4,67,58,99,806 equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 46,76,37,53,060 consisting of 4,67,63,75,306 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Vishal Mega Mart has allotted 26,72,000 equity shares under ESOP on 18 May 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 46,73,22,78,060 consisting of 4,67,32,27,806 equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 46,75,89,98,060 consisting of 4,67,58,99,806 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Net profit of Vishal Mega Mart rose 45.88% to Rs 167.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 115.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 22.22% to Rs 3114.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2547.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 32.80% to Rs 839.23 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 631.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.44% to Rs 12906.32 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10716.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
