Vaibhav Global has allotted 64,933 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 2 December 2025 to Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust under various share based employee benefit schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 33,40,65,780 consisting of 16,70,32,890 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Vaibhav Global Ltd surged 10.66% to Rs 284.85 at 11:47 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 9.51 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 19189 shares in the past one month.

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd soared 7.81% to Rs 873.05. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 4.17 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.01 lakh shares in the past one month.

India Cements Ltd spiked 6.12% to Rs 415. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 2.67 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 15271 shares in the past one month.

PDS Ltd spurt 5.85% to Rs 367.1. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 29658 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12136 shares in the past one month.

Five-Star Business Finance Ltd exploded 5.83% to Rs 638.6. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 23.85 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.07 lakh shares in the past one month.

Profit before tax (PBT) climbed 53.24% YoY to Rs 60.24 crore in Q2 FY26.

In Q2 FY26, EBITDA rose 27.7% to Rs 88 crore compared with Rs 69 crore in corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA margin improved to 10% in Q2 FY26 as against 8.7% in Q2 FY24.

For the first half of FY26, the company?s consolidated net profit climbed 53.62% to Rs 85.18 crore on 8.93% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 1,691.05 crore in H1 FY26 over H1 FY25.

Sunil Agrawal, managing director, Vaibhav Global, said, ?We are pleased to report a strong quarter with revenue growth exceeding our guidance. Revenue was at Rs 877 crore, up 10.2% YoY. EBITDA margin improved by 130 basis points to 10%, up 28% in absolute terms. This was driven by productivity gains and operating leverage. Profits after tax rose 71% YoY to Rs 48 crore. Execution remained strong across regions.

With a strong balance sheet, healthy cashflows, and improving profitability, we are well positioned to sustain growth. We maintain our FY26 guidance of 7-9%, with potential upside as macro conditions improve and tariff concerns ease.?

Meanwhile, the company?s board declared the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share for FY26. The record date for dividend has been fixed as Thursday, 6 November 2025 and the said dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
