The company reported cash flow of Rs 223 crore during the quarter.

During the quarter, the company launched TARC Tripundra, TARC Kailasa and TARC lshva in New Delhi, taking the total gross development value (GDV) of these projects to around Rs 9,000 crore.

On annual basis, the company recorded sales of Rs 1,373 crore in FY26, with the launch of additional developments, the company witnessed strong sales traction and enhanced business momentum. The cash flows stood at Rs 1,132 crore in FY26.

Looking ahead the company said that its next phase of growth has already commenced with the launch of lshvara at TARC lshva, Gurugram. Building on this momentum, it plans to unlock its broader pipeline across Delhi by looking to add ultra luxury developments in FY27, marking the beginning of a new phase of developments in a supply constrained market. With a focused approach of Differentiated Luxury Curated Residences, the company aims to set new benchmarks in the luxury residential segment.

TARC is focused on developing luxury residential projects in New Delhi and Gurugram. The company?s consolidated net loss narrowed to Rs 21.02 crore in Q3 FY26 compared with net loss of Rs 28.67 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations zoomed 310.81% YoY to Rs 38.37 crore in Q3 FY26.

TARC announced the launch of TARC lshvara, located in Sector 634, Gurugram. With this launch, following the RERA approval for the additional phase, the development reaches its elevated expression. More than an addition, lshvara marks the completion of a masterplan envisioned as a cohesive residential ecosystem defined by openness, proportion and architectural discipline.

The introduction of lshvara has been enabled by the strategic acquisition of an adjoining land parcel, expanding the total development area to over 9 acres. The development now comprises six towers -with 518 residences, increasing the overall development footprint to nearly 1.7 million sq. ft. the development's Gross Development Value (GDV) is estimated now at Rs 3,600 crore, strengthening long-term value creation. Additionally, the development will benefit from dual entry access via 84-metre and 24-metre-wide roads, enhancing connectivity and ease of access.

The launch of Ishvara has been enabled by the strategic acquisition of an adjoining land parcel, taking the total development area to over 9 acres. The project will comprise six towers with 518 residences, with a total development potential of nearly 1.7 million square feet.

Net Loss of TARC reported to Rs 21.03 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net loss of Rs 28.67 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 310.48% to Rs 38.38 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 9.35 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
