Net profit of Suraj Estate Developers declined 41.22% to Rs 10.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 27.62% to Rs 98.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 136.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 9.86% to Rs 90.28 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 100.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.23% to Rs 555.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 549.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Net profit of Suraj Estate Developers declined 13.38% to Rs 8.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 9.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 62.28% to Rs 49.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 130.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 20.33% to Rs 76.88 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 96.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 20.26% to Rs 404.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 506.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Suraj Estate Developers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2026.

The realtor has acquired a piece and parcel of land for an acquisition cost of Rs 8.53 crore plus an area of 2,200 sq ft to be handed over to land owners thus leading to total acquisition cost of around Rs 18.00 crore (on the basis of acquisition cost plus stamp duty market value of area to be handed over to land owners plus stamp duty cost).

The project is expected to strengthen the company?s near-to-medium term upcoming projects pipeline and further consolidate its presence in its core operating micro-market of South-Central Mumbai.

The company?s consolidated net profit jumped 25.9% to Rs 25.15 crore on 6% rise in net sales to Rs 180.05 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

The counter jumped 4.45% to settle at Rs 227.50 on the BSE.
