The realtor has acquired a piece and parcel of land for an acquisition cost of Rs 8.53 crore plus an area of 2,200 sq ft to be handed over to land owners thus leading to total acquisition cost of around Rs 18.00 crore (on the basis of acquisition cost plus stamp duty market value of area to be handed over to land owners plus stamp duty cost).

The project is expected to strengthen the company?s near-to-medium term upcoming projects pipeline and further consolidate its presence in its core operating micro-market of South-Central Mumbai.

The company?s consolidated net profit jumped 25.9% to Rs 25.15 crore on 6% rise in net sales to Rs 180.05 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

The counter jumped 4.45% to settle at Rs 227.50 on the BSE.

Suraj Estates has acquired a piece and parcel of land for an acquisition cost of Rs 8.53 crore plus an area of 2,200 sq ft to be handed over to land owners thus leading to total acquisition cost of Rs 18 crore (on the basis of acquisition cost plus stamp duty market value of area to be handed over to land owners plus stamp duty cost). The said plot is situated at G/North ward, Dadar (West), which is one of Mumbai's established micro-markets characterized by strong demand fundamentals, excellent connectivity, and proximity to key commercial districts such as Lower Parel, Worli and Bandra Kurla Complex.

Suraj Estate Developers intends to undertake redevelopment the plot of land with sale carpet area of ~ 0.18 lakhs sq ft with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 100 crore. The project is expected to strengthen the Company's near-to-medium term upcoming projects pipeline and further consolidate its presence in its core operating micro-market of South-Central Mumbai.

Hally Pacific incorporated to carry out the business as manufacturers and dealers in all kind of furniture made from woods, brass, steel, fiber glass, plastics, leather, textile furnishing or any other alloys and handicrafts. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 17.41 lakh in FY25.

Following the acquisition, the company will develop a land parcel admeasuring 717.39 Sq meters situated at Sayani Road, G/South Ward, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. The land is currently owned by Hally Pacific.

The company will acquire 5,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 100 each at a price of Rs 60,800 per share, aggregating to a total consideration of Rs 30.40 crore.

The said agreement will be completed within 30 days from the execution of share purchase agreement.

Net profit of Suraj Estate Developers rose 25.88% to Rs 25.15 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 19.98 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 6.01% to Rs 180.05 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 169.85 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
