Net profit of South Indian Bank rose 18.98% to Rs 407.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 342.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 7.84% to Rs 2559.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2373.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 11.71% to Rs 1455.64 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1303.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 4.60% to Rs 9846.50 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 9413.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

South Indian Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.45 per share (i.e.45%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.

South Indian Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 May 2026.

The bank's total deposits stood at Rs 1,23,346 crore as of 31 March 2026, recording a growth of 14.71% year on year (YoY).

The bank?s CASA deposits stood at Rs 39,621 crore as of 31 March 2026, registering a 17.47% year-on-year growth. The CASA ratio improved to 32.12% as of 31 March 2026, compared with 31.37% in the corresponding period last year.

Net profit after tax rose 9.5% YoY to Rs 374 crore in Q3 FY25, compared with Rs 342 crore in the year-ago period. Profit before tax stood at Rs 504 crore, up 8.8% YoY. Operating profit increased 10.5% YoY to Rs 584 crore, supported by stable core income and higher other income. Net interest income inched up 1.3% YoY to Rs 881 crore, while other income jumped 18.8% YoY to Rs 486 crore, providing an added boost to profitability.
