Sigma Advanced System has signed a seven-year long-term agreement with Rolls-Royce, marking a steady step forward in its global aerospace journey. Under the agreement, Sigma Advanced Systems will supply a wide portfolio of high-precision-engineered, safety-critical components and assemblies for Rolls-Royce's aerospace programs. This is a program-level partnership delivered through the company's manufacturing network across India and the UK, reflecting how the company is increasingly operating as an integrated global platform rather than a location-specific supplier.

At its core, the partnership builds on an existing relationship and signals continued confidence in Sigma Advanced Systems' ability to operate as a globally integrated manufacturing platform. Sigma Advanced System has completed the divestment of its entire 36.52% equity stake in Extrovis AG, a Switzerland-based pharmaceutical company. The transaction has generated $15 million (approximately Rs 137.61 crore), providing the company with additional financial flexibility as it accelerates the expansion of its aerospace and defence business.

The divestment forms part of Sigma's ongoing portfolio rationalisation strategy, and the company has transformed into a pureplay aerospace and defence platform. By exiting a non-core pharmaceutical investment, Sigma is freeing up capital that can now be deployed toward strengthening manufacturing capabilities, pursuing strategic acquisitions, and expanding its presence across global defence and aerospace supply chains.

Net loss of Sigma Advanced System reported to Rs 1.03 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net profit of Rs 7.31 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 667.25% to Rs 145.70 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 18.99 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
