The contract comprises two key packages under the expansion project. The Coke Oven Balance of Plant (BOP) Package ? COB-3, excluding civil and structural works, is valued at Rs 296.77 crore, while the Sinter Plant BOP Package ? SP-2, including civil and structural works, is valued at Rs 376.56 crore.

The aggregate contract value stands at Rs 673.32 crore (excluding taxes). The projects are scheduled to be executed over a period of 30 to 33 months.

SEPC has secured a major order worth Rs 673.32 crore from Steel Authority of India (SAIL) ?V IISCO Steel Plant (ISP), Burnpur for its 4.08 MTPA Crude Steel Expansion Project. The order reinforces SEPC??s growing presence in the industrial EPC segment and marks another significant milestone in the Company's strategy to strengthen its position in large-scale steel and heavy industrial infrastructure projects.

Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at Rs 15.27 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 10.02 crore in Q4 FY25. The company reported an exceptional item of Rs 0.40 crore during the quarter.

Total expenses jumped 135.75% to Rs 273.68 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 116.09 crore in Q4 FY25. The cost of material consumed stood at Rs 239.12 crore (up 187.68% YoY), employee benefit expenses were at Rs 6.80 crore (up 17.8% YoY), and finance costs were at Rs 9.13 crore (down 26.13% YoY) during the period under review.

Shares of SEPC rose 0.64% to close at Rs 7.87 on the BSE.

Net profit of SEPC rose 37.03% to Rs 13.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 10.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 132.45% to Rs 273.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 117.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 115.54% to Rs 53.54 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 24.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 76.44% to Rs 1054.50 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 597.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
