Shricon Industries announced that the 40th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 4 August 2026.

Net profit of Shricon Industries rose 187.50% to Rs 0.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 232.35% to Rs 1.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 1.95 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 598.39% to Rs 4.33 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
