Net loss of Sharika Enterprises reported to Rs 2.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 5.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.89% to Rs 21.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 8.85 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 7.65% to Rs 75.46 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 81.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Sharika Enterprises will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 May 2026.

Sharika Enterprises has appointed Sanjay Verma as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective 01 April 2026.

Verma brings over three decades of experience spanning power distribution, utility systems, and digital grid technologies. Having served as Executive Director and Board member since 2014, he has been closely associated with the company's growth in smart grid and power infrastructure solutions.

Prior to this, he held a key role at GE Energy as SWAT Leader - Smart Grids (Greater India Region), where he was involved in early-stage deployment of advanced utility platforms, including SCADA, ADMS, EMS, GIS, WFM, Demand Response Management Systems and smart metering systems. His experience includes working with utilities, regulators, and global technology partners such as IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, and Tech Mahindra during critical phases of grid modernization.

Net loss of Sharika Enterprises reported to Rs 2.88 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net profit of Rs 0.28 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales declined 27.31% to Rs 15.92 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 21.90 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
