Satin Creditcare Network announced that the 36th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 7 August 2026.

Satin Creditcare Network will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 June 2026.

 The board of Satin Creditcare Network is scheduled to be held on 23 June 2026, inter-alia, to consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures for an amount up to Rs 5,000 crore in one or more tranches through private placement basis.

Satin Creditcare Network announced that its Board of Directors approved, at its meeting held on 04 June 2026, the issuance of up to 38,50,000 Fully Convertible Warrants (FCW) on a preferential basis to its Promoter & Promoter Group entity, Trishashna Holdings & Investments, at an issue price of Rs 260 per warrant, aggregating to Rs 100.10 crore.

Post conversion, promoter shareholding will increase from approximately 36.17% to 38.32% on a fully diluted basis.
