SKP Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of SKP Securities rose 63.79% to Rs 1.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.84% to Rs 10.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 8.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 3.60% to Rs 10.35 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 9.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.39% to Rs 41.02 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 37.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
