Sales rose 16.21% to Rs 547.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 471.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 19.52% to Rs 75.94 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.99% to Rs 798.75 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 719.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

S Chand & Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 80%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
