Rolex Rings has received upgrade in credit ratings from India Rating and Research. The rating agency has upgraded the credit ratings on bank loan facilities to IND A/Stable/ IND A1 from IND A-/ Positive/ IND A1.

Net loss of Rolex Rings reported to Rs 0.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 54.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.68% to Rs 305.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 283.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 18.91% to Rs 141.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 174.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 0.98% to Rs 1143.50 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1154.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Rolex Rings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 May 2026.

As per the latest available shareholding data, promoters and promoter group entities hold a 52.24% stake in the company.

The company plans to acquire 1,00,00,000 fully paid up equity shares, representing 3.67% of the paid-up capital. The buyback size does not exceed 25% of the aggregate of the company?s total paid-up capital and free reserves (including security premium) based on its latest audited financial statements as on March 31, 2025.

The record date will be announced later. Promoters and promoter group members have stated they will not participate in the buyback.

On a standalone basis, the company?s net profit surged 136.50% to Rs 47.75 crore while net sales rose 5.76% to Rs 274.84 crore in Q3 December 2025 over Q3 December 2024.

The counter declined 1.57% to settle at Rs 153.85 on the BSE.
