Resonance Specialities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Resonance Specialities rose 50.33% to Rs 4.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.16% to Rs 24.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 24.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 58.30% to Rs 10.40 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 6.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.99% to Rs 90.25 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 77.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
