Ramco Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 May 2026.

Ramco Systems has allotted 97,747 equity shares under ESOS on 29 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.37,55,93,910.

The implementation provides Korean Air with a digital platform to manage engine maintenance operations, with integration across functions such as maintenance, finance, customer support, and billing. The solution also connects with internal and external systems, including the airline?s automated storage and retrieval infrastructure, to support operational workflows.

Ramco stated that the platform offers real-time data visibility on operational metrics such as capacity, throughput, cost, and revenue. In addition, over 400 engineers and mechanics at Korean Air are using the company?s mobile application for digital maintenance execution.

The deployment is expected to support operations at Korean Air's upcoming engine maintenance cluster, which is scheduled to be operational in 2027.

Ramco Systems announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Anna University, Chennai to establish a dedicated ERP Lab for the University's Industrial Engineering programme. The MOU outlines a structured framework that includes faculty enablement, industry-oriented training, skill development and provision for research and academic events, giving students practical exposure to the enterprise systems widely used by modern manufacturing organizations.

Under this collaboration, Ramco Systems will provide access to its cloud-based ERP platform to students of Anna University, enabling them to gain practical exposure to modern enterprise software systems used across industries. Students will be able to use the ERP platform through secured login credentials. The initiative will also include training programs for faculty members to effectively integrate ERP technology into academic learning and research.
