P I Industries Ltd crashed 6.94% to Rs 2907.65 at 14:46 IST.The stock was the biggest loser in the BSE's 'A' group.On the BSE, 59811 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 9177 shares in the past one month.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd tumbled 5.30% to Rs 83.03. The stock was the second biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 12.51 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 7.01 lakh shares in the past one month.

PTC India Ltd lost 5.07% to Rs 196.75. The stock was the third biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 3.7 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.37 lakh shares in the past one month.

C.E. Info Systems Ltd fell 5.05% to Rs 917.7. The stock was the fourth biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 43721 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 31550 shares in the past one month.

BASF India Ltd pared 4.93% to Rs 3613.5. The stock was the fifth biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 5538 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4353 shares in the past one month.

PI Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 1000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The company recorded nearly 15% decline in Agchem Exports due to global agrochemical industry contraction. Despite a 3% volume growth, domestic revenue softened by 9% YoY in Q4 FY26. During the period under review, Pharma revenue grew by 23% YoY and account for nearly 8% of the total export earnings.

While EBITDA contracted by 26% YoY to Rs 337.3 crore, EBITDA margin dropped by 402 basis points YoY to 22% in Q4 FY26.

Accordingly, profit before tax in Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 300.5 crore in Q4 FY26, down by 30% from Rs 432.2 crore in Q4 FY25.

For FY26, the company has recorded consolidated net profit and revenue from operations of Rs 1,320.8 crore (down 20% YoY) and Rs 6,713.7 crore (up 16% YoY), respectively.

PI Industries operates in the domestic agricultural inputs and custom synthesis manufacturing (CSM) exports segments. It is a leading player in the domestic agricultural inputs sector, primarily dealing in agrochemicals and plant nutrients.

Net profit of P I Industries declined 39.43% to Rs 200.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 330.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 12.42% to Rs 1565.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1787.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 20.44% to Rs 1320.80 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1660.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 15.85% to Rs 6713.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7977.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
