Net Loss of Omaxe reported to Rs 191.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 148.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 35.61% to Rs 348.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 541.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 696.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 686.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 19.70% to Rs 1253.40 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1560.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Omaxe will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 May 2026.

Omaxe Group has announced an investment of approximately Rs 250 crore for the development of its latest premium residential project, Omaxe Cassia, being developed by Omaxe Garv Buildtech (wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe). Located within the sprawling 690-acre Omaxe Metro City township on Raebareli Road, Lucknow, the project has witnessed massive early traction, with nearly 300 of its 360 units already sold as construction commences.

Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers (wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe) has received RERA Registration Certificate in one of its projects, i.e. The Lake Commercial Phase 2 situated at, Mohali, Punjab vide registration no.
