Net loss of Nurture Well Industries reported to Rs 0.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 18.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 16.99% to Rs 199.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 240.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 18.80% to Rs 67.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 56.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 33.90% to Rs 1025.25 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 765.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Nurture Well Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 May 2026.

The company said it has appointed Sheetal Soni as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 21 April 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Sheetal Soni is a finance and accounts professional with over 10 years of experience in accounts, finance, taxation (direct & indirect), and auditing. She holds a B.Com degree and has completed CA Inter. She has been associated with Nurture Well Foods for the past 2 years and, effective 08 January 2026, also serves as CFO of a subsidiary of the company.

Nurture Well Industries is engaged in the business of trading food products.

The company reported an 88.2% surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 31.05 crore on a 45.7% rise in net sales to Rs 289.59 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Shares of Nurture Well Industries fell 2.31% to close at Rs 35.60 on the BSE.

Net profit of Integrated Industries rose 85.00% to Rs 24.66 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 13.33 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 45.72% to Rs 289.59 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 198.73 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
