NELCO announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Total income jumped 15.60% YoY to Rs 81.11 crore in Q4 FY26, from Rs 70.16 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 1.75 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 1.13 crore in Q4 FY25.

Total expenses rose 20.95% YoY to Rs 73.65 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 60.89 crore in Q4 FY25. Purchase of stock-in-trade stood at Rs 8.24 crore, down 25.83% YoY during the quarter.

On a standalone basis, the company posted net profit of Rs 2.79 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with net loss of Rs 0.03 crore in Q4 FY25. Total income rose 3.69% YoY to Rs 54.16 crore during the quarter.

The company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share (10%), with a face value of Rs 10, for the financial year ended 31st March.

Nelco provides domestic satellite communication services to closed user group networks.

Net profit of NELCO reported to Rs 1.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 4.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.27% to Rs 79.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 67.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 65.16% to Rs 3.32 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 9.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 0.57% to Rs 306.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 304.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
