Muthoot Finance at its meeting held on 16 July 2024, has approved the issuance, settlement and allotment of issue of U.S.$100,000,000 7.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 to be consolidated and to form a single series with the U.S.$650,000,000 7.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 issued on 14 May 2024, aggregating to U.S.$750,000,000 7.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 under the US$ 2 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme pursuant to Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933, as amended and in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.

Muthoot Finance has allotted 2,215 equity shares under ESOP on 20 June 2024. Post allotment, the Company's paid-up capital will be increased from Rs. 401,46,16,760 consisting of 40,14,61,676equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 401,46,38,910 consisting of 40,14,63,891 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Net profit of Muthoot Finance rose 17.01% to Rs 1139.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2024 as against Rs 973.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2023. Sales rose 27.14% to Rs 4163.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2024 as against Rs 3274.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2023.

For the full year,net profit rose 19.71% to Rs 4324.29 crore in the year ended March 2024 as against Rs 3612.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2023. Sales rose 26.59% to Rs 15061.66 crore in the year ended March 2024 as against Rs 11897.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2023.
