The board of Mufin Green Finance at its meeting held on 02 June 2026 has approved the issuance of listed, secured, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount up to Rs 119 crore on a private placement basis.

Sales rose 30.03% to Rs 64.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 49.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 44.11% to Rs 28.26 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.09% to Rs 208.18 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 180.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
