On the financial front, the company reported a 17.86% decline in standalone net profit to Rs 4.14 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, compared with Rs 5.04 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Sales fell 16.62% year-on-year to Rs 91.26 crore from Rs 109.45 crore during the same period.

Net profit of Lehar Footwears declined 17.86% to Rs 4.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 16.62% to Rs 91.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 109.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 91.72% to Rs 20.84 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 55.52% to Rs 431.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 277.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Lehar Footwears announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
