Vehicle sales (including agency sales & pre-owned vehicle sales) stood at Rs 1,508 crore in Q4 FY26, registering the growth of 17.72% compared with Rs 1,281 crore posted in Q4 FY25.

After-sales service and spare parts and others climbed 15.10% YoY to Rs 282 crore in Q4 FY26, supported by the ramp-up and stabilization of newly opened workshops. The segment delivered its highest-ever quarterly performance. The newly operationalized workshops are performing well and are in line with the company?s expectations.

Deliveries of several key models commenced in the March quarter, including the Mercedes Benz V Class, Mahindra XUV 7XO, Mahindra XEV 9S and the new-generation Kia Seltos. These launches are expected to drive healthy sales momentum in the coming months. Further, sales of Mercedes Benz CLA, MG Majestor and the new Renault Duster will start in the June quarter.

On annual basis, the company?s total revenue from operations (including agency sales) climbed 19.32% to Rs 6,713 crore in FY26 compared with Rs 5,626 crore in FY25.

The company?s consolidated net profit jumped 24.93% to Rs 14.18 crore on 12.56% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 1,345.07 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Landmark Cars  will cease to operate its Volkswagen Delhi NCR business w.e.f. 31 March 2026. This dealership consisted of one showroom and one workshop. The company has objectively taken this decision to reduce its losses arising from non-performing operations. This move is in line with the company's strategy to rationalize costs, while continuing to focus on improving operational efficiency and profitability.

The Company will continue to run Volkswagen operations in the State of Gujarat, which contributes positively to its business.

Given that the locations in Delhi NCR have been in existence for multiple years, the assets have already been depreciated. As a result, minimal financial impact is expected in the books.

The new workshop is aimed at catering to the rising demand being witnessed at the company?s existing two Mahindra & Mahindra workshops in the city. The facility will be set up through Landmark Mobility, a wholly owned subsidiary of Landmark Cars.

With this addition, the total number of Mahindra & Mahindra outlets operated by the company will increase to 8 in Hyderabad and 12 overall.

Net profit of Landmark Cars rose 24.82% to Rs 14.18 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 11.36 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 12.56% to Rs 1345.08 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 1195.03 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
