Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure announced that the 18th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 22 July 2026.

Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure rose 91.53% to Rs 2.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.09% to Rs 9.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 8.69 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 32.75 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 2.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.29% to Rs 33.53 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 32.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
