Kesar Infraventures, wholly owned subsidiary of Kesar India has secured a major engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract on 21 May 2026 for a large-scale residential development project located at at Siddharth Nagar, Byculla in Central Mumbai.

The contract, awarded by Zee Enterprises, carries an estimated execution value of approximately Rs 160 crore.

The project involves execution of residential towers along with allied infrastructure and amenities, including RCC construction, internal and external development works, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, roads, drainage, landscaping and associated infrastructure facilities.

Kesar India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 June 2026.

Kesar India announced a significant expansion of its long-term development pipeline through a series of strategic land acquisitions. The company plans a portfolio of 29 projects across 12.24 million sq.ft developable area with estimated gross development value of exceeding Rs 5,100 crore.

The upcoming portfolio is largely oriented towards large-format and mixed-use developments, which typically involve longer development cycles of 3-5 years. To support execution, the company estimates total project investments to exceed Rs 2,000 crore, to be deployed in a phased manner aligned with the project timelines and development.

In addition, Kesar India is currently in advanced stages of evaluating further opportunities with an estimated potential GDV of over Rs 4,000 crore, reinforcing the expansion momentum milestones.

Net profit of Kesar India rose 808.75% to Rs 14.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 108.61% to Rs 84.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 40.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 52.22% to Rs 29.88 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 63.70% to Rs 176.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 107.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
