Kanpur Plastipack will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 May 2026.

Kanpur Plastipack announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.2 per equity Share (i.e. 12%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Kanpur Plastipack rose 399.33% to Rs 14.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.46% to Rs 182.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 166.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 255.54% to Rs 39.50 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.63% to Rs 713.97 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 559.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
