Kajaria Ceramics has acquired 9,50,000 (i.e. 10%) equity shares of Kajaria Surfaces. Consequently, Kajaria Surfaces has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The purpose of the acquisition was to make Kajaria Surfaces as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and accordingly, after the completion of acquisition of additional 10% equity shares of Kajaria Surfaces on March 24, 2026, it has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Sales rose 1.09% to Rs 1168.26 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 1155.62 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.

Kajaria Ceramics announced that Dilip Kumar Maliwal, Chief Financial Officer of Kajaria Bathware, a wholly owned subsidiary (KBPL) of the Company found to have committed a fraud over a period of last two years by way of embezzlement and siphoning of funds of Kerovit Global, a wholly-owned subsidiary ('WoS') of KBPL, which is a step-down WoS of the Company. The estimated amount of fraud is Rs 20 crore.
KBPL has filed a compliant with the police and terminated Dilip Kumar Maliwal from the service of KBPL.
