The contract has been awarded by the newly established National Transmission Network Service Provider (NTNSP) under the Mullikulam Wind Power Transmission Project. The scope of work includes development of 220kV double circuit transmission line for evacuation of power generated from the Mullikulam Wind Power Projects to Sri Lanka?s national grid.

The project marks a significant addition to JSL's international transmission portfolio and reinforces the company's continued focus on enabling reliable, future-ready power infrastructure across the region.

The company reported a 52.05% surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 18.14 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 11.93 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations jumped 42.25% year on year (YoY) to Rs 234.36 crore in Q4 FY26.

The counter dropped 1.55% to end at Rs 12.69 on the BSE.

Jyoti Structures has entered into a contract agreement with National Transmission Network Service Provider, in joint venture with Fentons for execution of the project entailing construction of 28km long, 220kV double circuit transmission line from Mannar GS to Mullikulam Collector Grid Substation. The project is valued at Rs 67.96 crore.

Net profit of Jyoti Structures rose 52.05% to Rs 18.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 42.25% to Rs 234.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 164.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 57.52% to Rs 56.03 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 35.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 50.77% to Rs 750.87 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 498.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
