Sales declined 10.48% to Rs 429.30 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 479.55 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024.

JTL Industries announced that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (NCLT) has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by JTL Industries for acquisition of RCI Industries & Technologies , a company undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code vide its' order dated 09 October 2025. The copy of order was placed on the Hon'ble NCLT's website on 10 October 2025.

The company saw an increase in export share from 6% in Q1 FY26 to 12% in Q2 FY26.

For the half-year ending 30th September 2025, the company reported volumes of 1,82,210 MT compared to 1,76,091 MT in H1 FY25, recording a growth of 3.5% on YoY basis.

The company?s management said: ?The company faced operational disturbance due to floods caused by unprecedented rains from mid-August to mid-September affecting Derabassi and Mandi plants based in Punjab. This disrupted our operations by almost 20- 25%.?
