The company was awarded an order of Incinerator package for design, engineering, manufacture, procurement and supply on FCA (Free Carrier) basis, assistance on per diem basis for erection, commissioning, and witness of performance tests for TA?ZIZ Salt Project, ADNOC, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

JNK India manufactures heating equipment such as process-fired heaters, reformers, and cracking furnaces required in process industries such as for oil and gas refineries, petrochemical and fertilizer industries. Over the years, the company diversified into flares and incinerator systems and has been developing capabilities in the renewable sector with green hydrogen.

The company?s consolidated net profit surged 146.6% to Rs 32.65 crore on 77.25% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 338.44 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4FY25.

JNK India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of JNK India rose 146.60% to Rs 32.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 13.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 77.25% to Rs 338.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 190.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 115.00% to Rs 64.95 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 30.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 71.73% to Rs 818.55 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 476.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
