Indo Borax & Chemicals announced that the 45th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 28 July 2026.

Indo Borax & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 30 per equity Share (i.e. 3000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sales rose 25.72% to Rs 63.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 50.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 18.25% to Rs 50.27 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 42.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 22.93% to Rs 215.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 175.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
