Net profit of Hazoor Multi Projects rose 92.97% to Rs 32.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 36.50% to Rs 158.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 249.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 6.78% to Rs 42.69 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 39.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 9.11% to Rs 579.58 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 637.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Hazoor Multi Projects will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 May 2026.

 Hazoor Multi Projects has been awarded the Letter of Award (LOA) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for user fee collection agency at Chowlaggere fee plaza At Km. 193.020 for the use of Four laning of Hassan (Existing Km. 189+700, Designed Ch. 184+912) to Maranahally (Existing Km. 237+000, Design Ch. 230+060) Section of NH-48 in the state of Karnataka and upkeep/ maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. The one-year contract is worth Rs 27.15 crore.

The order, awarded by a domestic entity, is to be executed within a period of 24 months. The detailed terms and conditions are as per the agreement between the parties.

The company clarified that the contract does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest and does not fall under related party transactions.

Hazoor Multi Projects is engaged in infrastructure and real estate businesses.

On the financial front, the company reported a 137.5% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 6.46 crore in Q3 FY26, while revenue from operations declined 15.7% to Rs 139.04 crore.

Shares of Hazoor Multi Projects declined 1.66% to Rs 33.85 on the BSE, while Tata Steel shares advanced 1.41% to Rs 208.30 on the BSE.
