Havells India Ltd fell 4.33% today to trade at Rs 1292. The BSE Consumer Durables index is down 1.17% to quote at 59972.33. The index is up 12.43 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Asian Paints Ltd decreased 1.49% and Voltas Ltd lost 1.22% on the day. The BSE Consumer Durables index went up 3.07 % over last one year compared to the 2.79% fall in benchmark SENSEX.

Havells India Ltd has added 4.68% over last one month compared to 12.43% gain in BSE Consumer Durables index and 5.15% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 21050 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 44951 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 1673.2 on 22 Apr 2025. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 1143 on 02 Apr 2026.

Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 932.52 crore in the March 2026 quarter, up 32.05% YoY from Rs 706.15 crore.

However, EBITDA declined 4.4% to Rs 728 crore from Rs 761 crore in Q4 FY25, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 10.9% from 11.6% a year earlier.

On the segment front, switchgears revenue rose 6.42% YoY to Rs 735.79 crore, while cables revenue increased 14.04% to Rs 2,474.13 crore. Lighting & fixtures revenue was largely flat at Rs 438.04 crore, up 0.52% YoY. Electrical consumer durables revenue fell 2.04% to Rs 975.58 crore, while Lloyd Consumer revenue declined 19% to Rs 1,513.82 crore. Other revenue grew 48.80% YoY to Rs 550.32 crore.

On a full-year basis, the company?s standalone net profit jumped 14.54% YoY to Rs 1,705.42 crore, while net sales rose 3.30% to Rs 22,465.56 crore in FY26 compared with FY25.

Meanwhile, the company?s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share (600% of face value Rs 1 each) for FY26. The final dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid or dispatched within 30 days from the date of the meeting.

Havells India is a leading fast-moving electrical goods (FMEG) company and a major power distribution equipment manufacturer with a strong global presence.

Net profit of Havells India rose 39.63% to Rs 723.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 517.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.47% to Rs 6705.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 6543.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 14.83% to Rs 1690.56 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1472.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 3.44% to Rs 22527.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 21778.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Havells India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 600%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
