Consequent to the appointment, Rajeev Mishra has ceased to be the CFO and KMP with effect from the close of business hours on 17 June 2026. He has been appointed as head of investor relations and corporate affairs and designated as senior management personnel with effect from 18 June 2026.

The company further said that Sanjay Bafna, head of accounts, has ceased to be categorized as senior management personnel with effect from 18 June 2026, pursuant to the organizational restructuring and realignment of roles and responsibilities. He will continue to remain in the employment of the company.

Shares of H.G. Infra Engineering rose 0.74% to close at Rs 579.05 on the BSE.

H.G Infra Engg. announced that the 24th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 19 August 2026.

The project involved the execution of civil and allied works on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis for Group II of the Ganga Expressway, spanning 151.7 km from Nagla Barah village to Ubariya Khurd village. The access-controlled six-lane greenfield expressway, expandable to eight lanes, forms part of the Meerut-Prayagraj Ganga Expressway being developed on a DBFOT (Toll) basis.

The contract is valued at Rs 4,970.99 crore.

H.G. Infra Engineering (HGIEL) is an Indian road infrastructure company engaged in the business of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services and maintenance of roads, bridges, flyovers, and other infrastructure contract works.

The company?s consolidated net profit declined 42.1% to Rs 85.09 crore despite a 4.84% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 1426.80 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.

The project involved the execution of Civil and Associated works on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) basis of Group II ? (From Km. 137+600 (Village: Village Nagla Barah, Distt: Budaun) to Km. 289+300 (Village: Ubariya Khurd, Dist: Hardoi) Design length = 151.700 Kms) of access-controlled six lane (Expandable to Eight Lanes) Greenfield Expressway from Meerut to Prayagraj ?Ganga Expressway? in the state of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis. The provisional completion certificate was issued by Adani Road Transport.
