Net profit of Gokaldas Exports declined 31.97% to Rs 35.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 52.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.27% to Rs 1068.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1015.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 36.84% to Rs 100.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 158.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 3.19% to Rs 3987.64 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3864.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Gokaldas Exports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 May 2026.

Gokaldas Exports has allotted 26,400 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, effective from 07 May 2026, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 36,62,36,140 divided into 7,32,47,228 equity shares of Rs.5/- each to Rs. 36,63,68,140 divided into 7,32,73,628 equity shares of Rs.5/- each.

Gokaldas Exports has allotted 7,350 equity shares under ESOP on 10 March 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 36,62,36,140 divided into 7,32,47,228 equity shares of Rs.5/- each.
