GHV Infra Projects has received the Work Order from GHV (India) for the Composite work (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Signal & Telecom) involving construction (A) Upgradation / Development of maintenance infrastructure at Coaching Complex. (B) Next Generation Freight Maintenance Facilities (C) Infrastructure construction of Loco shed in West Bengal. The order is valued at approximately Rs. 213 crore including GST and it is required to be completed within period of 14 (fourteen) months from the date of commencement.

The contract encompasses composite works across civil, electrical, mechanical, and signal & telecom segments. The scope includes the upgradation and development of maintenance infrastructure at a coaching complex, establishment of next-generation freight maintenance facilities, and construction of infrastructure for a loco shed in West Bengal.

The project is scheduled to be executed within 14 months from the date of commencement.

The company stated that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity. GHV (India) Private Limited is the awarding authority for the contract. It further clarified that the transaction qualifies as a related-party transaction and is being undertaken on an arm?s-length basis.

Revenue from operations jumped 29.48% year-on-year to Rs 213.60 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter stood at Rs 26.58 crore, marking a growth of 39.08% from Rs 19.11 crore posted in Q4 FY25.

For the full financial year FY26, the company reported a 146.4% surge in standalone net profit to Rs 42.26 crore, while revenue from operations climbed 227.52% year-on-year to Rs 605.53 crore compared with FY25.

Sales rose 29.49% to Rs 213.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 164.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 146.41% to Rs 42.26 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 227.53% to Rs 605.53 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 184.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
