For the full financial year FY26, the company reported a 146.4% surge in standalone net profit to Rs 42.26 crore, while revenue from operations climbed 227.52% year-on-year to Rs 605.53 crore compared with FY25.

Net profit of GHV Infra Projects rose 41.92% to Rs 19.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 13.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 29.49% to Rs 213.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 164.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 146.41% to Rs 42.26 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 227.53% to Rs 605.53 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 184.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

GHV Infra Projects will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 May 2026.

The project is for setting up a greenfield tyre manufacturing facility in Cameroon.

The project involves construction of a tyre manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 7.6 million tyres per annum at Bekoko in Douala, Littoral Region, Cameroon, the company said in an exchange filing.

The contract has been awarded on a lump-sum turnkey (LSTK) basis and covers proposed execution of EPC works for the facility.

According to the filing, the project is scheduled to be completed within 36 months from the date of notice to proceed.

The order has been awarded by an international entity and does not fall under related party transactions, the company added.
