The Board of G R Infraprojects at its meeting held on 25 June 2024 has approved the non-binding counter offer for acquisition of 100% equity stake/investment held in its wholly owned subsidiary company viz. GR Aligarh Kanpur Highway (GAKHPL) by Bharat Highways InvIT.

As on date, G R Infraprojects, together with its nominee, is holding 6,30,00,000 equity shares, constituting 100% issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the GAKHPL.

GR Aligarh Kanpur Highway is not a material subsidiary of the Company.

The scope of the project includes four laning of NH 530B from Devinagar Bypass to Kasganj Bypass in the state of Uttar Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) mode.

The time period for executing the project is 730 days from the appointed date and the operation period is 15 years from commercial operation date. The cost of the project is Rs 1,226.87 crore.

GR Infraprojects is engaged in construction of infrastructure facilities on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and built, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.

The company’s consolidated net profit jumped 41.93% to Rs 553.09 crore on marginal rise in revenue from operations to Rs 2,485.11 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23.

The scrip fell 0.01% to end at Rs 1,540.95 on Friday, 7 June 2024.

Net profit of G R Infraprojects rose 42.15% to Rs 553.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2024 as against Rs 389.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2023. Sales rose 0.98% to Rs 2485.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2024 as against Rs 2461.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2023.

For the full year,net profit declined 8.99% to Rs 1323.65 crore in the year ended March 2024 as against Rs 1454.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2023. Sales declined 5.29% to Rs 8980.15 crore in the year ended March 2024 as against Rs 9481.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2023.
