The company?s domestic sales grew 14.42% to 4,126 units in March 2026, compared with 3,606 units sold in March 2025.

Exports declined 22.34% to 73 units in March 2026, compared with 94 units in the same period last year.

Force Motors is engaged in manufacturing light commercial vehicles, utility vehicles, and engines. It is an automobile company with a focus on the design, development, and manufacture of a range of automotive components, aggregates, and vehicles.

The company reported a 252.1% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 406.15 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 115.34 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations rose 12.7% to Rs 2,128.56 crore in Q3 FY26 as against Rs 1,889.49 crore in Q3 FY25.

The counter jumped 6.91% to Rs 20,744.25 on the BSE.

Force Motors sold 4,199 units of Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV), Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), Utility Vehicles (UV) and Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV) in month of March 2026 compared to 3,700 units in March 2025, recording a growth of 13.49%.

Total sales include domestic sales of 4,126 units (up 14.42% YoY) and exports of 73 units (down 22.34% YoY).

The National Stock Exchange of India has announced the introduction of futures and options (F&O) contracts on two individual securities, effective 1 April 2026.

The contracts will be available on Force Motors and Godfrey Phillips India, subject to meeting eligibility criteria under the March 2026 quarterly sigma computation cycle.

The exchange said the move follows stock selection norms prescribed by SEBI and subsequent regulatory approval.

Details regarding market lot and strike price schemes for the contracts will be communicated separately on 30 March 2026.

Force Motors declined 5.11% to Rs 20,490 while Godfrey Philips India tumbled 5.36% to Rs 1,883.95.

The inclusions of these stocks in the derivatives segment is expected to provide market participants with additional opportunities for hedging as well as speculative trading, particularly in the automobile and tobacco sectors.

As per the NSE circular, details regarding the market lot and scheme of strikes for these securities will be informed to members through a separate circular on 30 March 2026.
